 Don’t Talk Hollywood To Me; Unless You Gon’ Do It!

So you want a body like Beyonce, an ass like J-Lo, a physique like Halle… Oh you fancy huh? Fellas you want tight abs, a big chest, skills like Kobe/Bron… hmmm!!!

Let me TALK… to you!

When is the last time you actually watched what you ate, picked up some weights or put yourself in a position to improve your bodies current condition… I am not talking about you watching food go in your mouth and consequently picking up weight in every area that does not need an extra few pounds.  Seriously, LADIES and GENTLEMEN why are we not being cautious of what we are eating and your lack of physical activity? “I love my thighs”, but you can’t get them in your jeans. "Sweat is good"- I will remind you that you are out of breath and have only completed one suicide! (-_-) Let’s be honest.  You desire a more fit body but you think it’s too far fetched to have.  Where are you getting these irrational doubts? Do this every day for the next week and let me know what your ass looks like, if your frame improves, or you actually have some endurance for once:

  • Walk/Run Up and Down a Set of 1o plus Stairs 15 times

  • Perform 5o Jumping Jacks

  • Try 5o Lunges (alternating each leg)

  • Small Circles with Arms Completely Extended for 45 seconds (forwards then backwards)

  • 2o-4o Modified or Full Push Ups

  • 5o Crunches

  • 25 Sit Ups

  • Push Yourself! Stretch and Smile!!!

Don’t start complaining. Just Do It! I am so serious. If you do not see or feel any results in your body come snatch my title! TALK… time is over, time to start DOING.
