So the Smurfs (one of my all time favorite cartoons) are getting a feature film. The Smurfs are being digitized, and will be hitting a movie theatre near you In August 2011. A lot of great actors are lending their voices for the movie with George Lopez playing Grouchy smurf, Katy Perry playing Smurfette, Fred Armisen as Brainy, and Hank Azaria as Gargarmel to name a few. There will also be human actors in the movie as well. I am really excited about this movie the Smurfs are way over due for a feature film so this is going to be great.
