The Muse: Miroslava Duma

Miroslava Duma is my favorite street style star by far.  Most of the time I prefer the looks of the off duty models and Parisians more than those of the editor crowd.  I love how Mira is able to wear straight off the runway looks and not come off as trying too hard or 'costumey'.  I love designer wear but I love to see it worn in a way that translates into everyday looks.  Mira has figured this out and because of her innate sense of style and her near perfect execution of street style fashion she will always be my favorite.

The more and more I get into street style blogging the greater my interest in photography becomes.  I am always in love with Karen's photography over at Where Did U Get That.  She always has little details like these in her outfit posts that kinda takes her photos to the next level.  I love how there is so much depth in this shot, I wonder what kinda lense she used for this.

I was on Pinterest and came across this photo of Mira Duma.  She is amazing, I am always in awe of her. When is she not ever on point and fashionable.  I would love to meet her one day and just talk fashion.  Next to Rachel Bilson this girl is one of my major fashion muses.

Solange Knowles is really coming into her own as a tastemaker and just overall style icon.  I can not emphasize how much I love her personal style.  It is so daring and eclectic.  My fave blogger Garance Dore did a very interesting profile of Solange over on her website, you guys make sure to check it out!!

Lena Ker is a Russian fashion illustrator who has skills that go beyond explanation.  I absolutely love her works and I probably don't visit her blog enough for inspiration.  Her artwork is so spot on and the detailing is always amazing.  If you don't believe me just look at these illustrations of Daphne Groeneveld and Lindsey Wixson how perfect are these!!

I have mentioned before that I always love checking out the blogs of my commenters and I came across this gem of a blog yesterday.  I love Patience's style.  So elegant and chic.  She incorporates all of the classical elements of dress into her wardrobe with a statement piece here or there.  It fits my aesthetic perfectly and is probably why I admire her style so much.

There are lots of inspirational style bloggers out there.  Sandra of 5 inch and Up has to be my favorite.  I don't know if it is her quintessential European style or the fact that she wears a lot of amazing Swedish brands that I have never heard of.  She never ceases to amaze me.  Her photos are seriously like looking at magazine editorials

I visit a number of websites for pictures of the upcoming collections and shows and no one does front row like Garance Dore.  Her photos are amazing and she always manages to capture the most important details that are the essence of the designer collections.
