I got this high waist, color blocked pencil skirt recently from BCBG MaxAzria and couldn't wait to pair it with some other items I had in my closet. I loved the concept of leather and lace that was explored on the fall runways this year. This lace top is full and loose so it paired perfectly with the tighter, slimming silhouette of the pencil skirt. I wore the leather jacket in the same way that I would wear a blazer. The suede booties was an absolute must. The color wasn't too matchy matchy and it was a great way to mix another texture in with the leather and lace. You can't really tell by the photo but the tights were fishnet and complemented the outfit perfectly I recommend everyone has at least one pair of black fishnet tights in their wardrobe.
