My apologies for the lack of posts, but I have been really busy at my job with projects and deadlines.  Also I have been traveling a lot as well.  I have been staying on top of all things fashion however by reading blogs as well as my never ending supply of fashion magazines.  I am currently getting caught up on the October issue of Vogue.  What are you currently reading?

A photo of me at the Millenia Mall in Orlando with my family in Florida last week.  The weather was contrastingly beautiful than what was going on further north.  It really was hard to watch all of the devastation that folks in the northeast were enduring.  My thoughts and prayers to all those affected by hurricane Sandy.  New York/New Jersey is such a vibrant place filled with resilient citizens, I know they will find their way back.  In the meantime you guys make sure you donate to the Red Cross.  Every little bit helps!!

I love using wicker baskets for storage and little decorating details around my home. 

Inspiration: The Autumn/Winter Mood Board

Between my numerous magazine subscriptions, retail catalogs and online blog obsession, I oftentimes find myself on fashion inspiration overload.  I decided to create a sort of mood board inside of my closet.  It actually is one of the best ideas I've had.  Instant outfit inspiration just a bulletin board away!!

Interior Design Inspiration: Low Bookshelves

I have a wall in my living room that is begging for some interior decor creativity.  I would love to have some low bookshelves like these.  Low bookshelves are perfect because they have a multifunctional purpose.  You can store things on top of them (i.e. tabletop function) as well as store books on the shelves.  Once I find the perfect shelves I think I am going to go ahead and work on this interior decorating idea.  I have been oscillating back and forth between sofa tables or shelves for this space and I am leaning more towards shelving everyday.  What do you guys think I should do?

Victoria Beckham never ceases to amaze me with her abilities as a designer, I love everything she does she just understands sophistication. 

Inspiration: Front Row via Garance Dore

I visit a number of websites for pictures of the upcoming collections and shows and no one does front row like Garance Dore.  Her photos are amazing and she always manages to capture the most important details that are the essence of the designer collections.

Style.com's Tweet Chic

Style.com has rolled out a new social media website that collects all your favorite fashionable tweeters into one place.   Instead of searching twitter endlessly for your fave fashion insider, model, designer and brand you can just head to this website and have them all in one place.  I think this is pretty neat as sometimes twitter searches don't always yield the results we are looking for and the who's who of fashion's most influential people are only one website feed away.

Inspiration: Graphic Print Art by Letitia Buchanan

I came across this graphic print artist by the name of Letitia Buchanan and was immediately blown away by her work.  Letitia is a Melbourne based designer/illustrator well known for her typographic prints and hand drawn illustrations.  I have mentioned numerous times on the blog how much I love exotic prints and textures so when I came across her works of art I just had to share them with you guys.

My Obsession: Daphne Groeneveld

Yes I am obsessing over a model (it happens) but this girl is amazing!! She has the weirdest looking face that is just so absolutely gorgeous (if that makes any sense at all).  Her editorials are crazy beautiful and they always come up with the most interesting looks for her.
