The Brand {Shop}: Furla Leather Goods and Accessories
Saturday, August 31
I was first introduced to Furla via their Candy Bag. I had no idea the vast array of leather goods and accessories this brand has to offer. I was on the website browsing their catalog and I have to say I am very impressed with their collection. I highly suggest you guys familiarize yourself with this brand. I know there are a few of the handbags I would love to add to my collection in addition to expanding my Candy Bag collection. What do you guys think of Furla Leather Goods and Accessories?

Must Have: The Spring Leather Short
Sunday, April 7
| ||
I have been slowly but surely getting back into caring about fashion and clothes. I have been exhausted these last couple of months with new demands of my job (hence the lack of posts) and just haven't been inspired by anything fashion related. Then I came across these leather shorts over on BCBG website. I absolutely have to have these. I must find a way to justify this purchase as they are a whopping $448.00.
Shoes: The BCBGeneration Cynthia Ankle Strap Pump
Thursday, February 21
I am seriously considering purchasing these. At the lovely price of $89.00 it really is not a bad purchase. I am really starting to love the look of ankle strap pumps. Any classic pump for that matter is peaking my interest. I am also finding that my feet feels great in these types of shoes as I really can't wear many heels due to the pain they cause me. These shoes would look great with denim styles in the spring and summer months. What do you guys think yay or nay?
P.S. If you don't like this color they also have them available in black.
Shop The Brand: Ash Footwear
Monday, January 28
I have to admit I am not overly into the wedge sneaker look and the only ones I like are the really expensive brands like Isabel Marant or Giuseppe Zanotti. I happened to stumble across an amazing lower priced brand (think expensive but not as expensive as its designer inspirations). Ash Footwear is the closest I have seen a brand come to getting that Isabel Marant look for less. I wouldn't mind spending money on these and having them in my closet as staple sport luxe pieces. What do you think of Ash Footwear are they a hit or miss?

Shop{Jewelry}: Karla Deras for Roman Luxe
Monday, December 10
Karla Deras of Karla's Closet
has one of the most impressive blogger/brand jewelry collaborations I
have seen. She really does a great job of conceptualizing a great
cohesive collection. I have obsessed over her Power of the Python
Collection and her most recent Lapis of Luxury Collection is amazing.
Take a look at some of her pieces below and shop a few of them. I love
the earrings and am looking to add a few of them to my jewelry
collection.
My Closet {New In}: Madewell Chambray Shirt

Madewell has some of the best made chambray shirts. The variety is endless as well. I love pieces like these for the transitional seasons, they are perfect for layering.

My Closet {New In}: The Embellished Mini
Tuesday, October 2
Opulence is in this fall and I decided to try the trend with this embellished Free People mini skirt. I really love the details and the suede like material. I am seriously thinking about going back to get the black version which resembles more of a leather material than this one. Free People really is becoming my go to for cute skirts/dresses.
The Brand: Bally Switzerland
Saturday, August 25
I came across this brand Bally Switzerland in my massive September issue of Vogue. I was instantly smitten with their leather goods, especially their coats. I love a well crafted leather coat and you can't deny this brand's attention to detail and craftsmanship. While the price point is WAY out of my range, a girl can still dream can't she!!

Transitioning: Fall Booties
Monday, August 13
Ladies we are entering fall season so you know what that means. It is time to start transitioning the wardrobes and what better way than to add a couple of statement booties. It looks like animal prints are still trending in the footwear department and you have to love the options that are available. Check below for more fall styles from these designers.
New In: Cupcakes and Cashmere, Alexander Wang and 7 for all Mankind Jeans
Monday, July 16
A few of my most recent purchases that I am obsessing over.
1.) 7 for all Mankind jeans have to be the most flattering and best fitting jeans that I own.
2.) I absolutely love the blog so supporting Emily and purchasing the book was a no brainer.
3.) Alexander Wang makes the most amazing looking shoes and I love the minimalist/sportswear look of these

Came across this beauty over on Nordstrom's blog, The Thread. I am seriously trying to figure out a way to justify this purchase. These shoes are amazing with the just the right amount of detailing. By the way if you haven't checked out the retailers blog I suggest you stop by, whoever is running it does an excellent job of curating pieces that you can find in the store. If you want to purchase these for your self click the link for a similar (cheaper) look follow this link.
Shop {Lust Have}: Balenciaga City Polka Dots Tempete

Balenciaga City Polka Dots Tempete (similar)
I honestly have to have this bag!! I guess I will add it to my growing list of ridiculously expensive things I do not need to purchase. I think I can find a way to justify splurging on this bag. I have always wanted a Balenciaga City bag and I like the perforated detailing in this one. I also love this color it will go perfect with a lot of denim/casual looks.
On My Mind- Danica by Alexander Wang
Wednesday, April 18
This shoe has been on my mind since I'd seen The Joan Runway Pump on several bloggers. Naturally the shoe is nowhere to be found in my size right now so the Danica was a lovely second choice. I can do this type of shoe because it is so sporty and versatile and it also has a fairly reasonable sized heel. If you don't know by now I hate extremely high heeled shoes. They are pretty to look at but I don't find them very functional. This shoe just looks so sleek and cool. If I do break down and get it I would have met my '3 designer shoes' quota for the season and it isn't even May yet. What do you guys think yay or nay?
Shop {Recent Purchases}: PS11 Classic and Louboutin Lady Bombay Flat
Saturday, April 14
If you happened to come across my Obsessions over at Reward Style then you would know I have had my eye on Proenza Schouler's PS11 Classic and Louboutin's Lady Bombay Flat. INVESTMENT pieces are the name of the game when you shop high end designer labels. If you are going to splurge and spend ridiculous amounts of money on anything make sure it is something that isn't super trendy and that will last for a lifetime. I can see myself wearing both of these pieces OFTEN. That PS11 bag looks great with a LBD or your fave cut off denim shorts and those flats will take me a long way whether it be for a casual day out or to wear to work. I seriously can't wait for both of these to arrive I have already planned several outfits around both of these pieces.
